For more than 25 years the I2I- founder Nancy worked at, for and with organizations in the Dutch Caribbean managing and supporting projects with growth and innovation as the main goal. Creating an environment, training, and inspiring teams how to work together while being the best version of themselves. Throughout these years Nancy has learned that real corporate growth starts with clear goals, commitment and support. She and her team can take your ideas and projects to the next level, train and motivate your workforce that will lead to organizational and personal impact. Nancy is an experienced professional with over 25 years of expertise in project management, education, and human resource development. Her work is driven by a deep belief in the power of empowerment, education, and community building as the foundation for sustainable social change, both in Curaçao and across the wider Caribbean region and the Netherlands.
As a guest lecturer at the University of Curaçao and founder of Intention to Impact (I2I), she has guided countless professionals in discovering and harnessing their unique potential. Her leadership experience, from managing optimization projects in the education sector to developing impactful programs in collaboration with ministries and social organizations, has reinforced her conviction that structural change is only possible when we invest in people and communities.
The founding of ‘Boost Caribbean Foundation’ is a natural extension of this belief.
The foundation creates sustainable platforms where, in particular women and youth are given the opportunity to thrive through education, networking, and targeted support. At its core, the foundation is dedicated to equal opportunity, social engagement, and lasting impact, grounded in the conviction that growth begins with collaboration and shared responsibility.
Nancy grew up between the Netherlands and Curaçao, in a Surinamese Curaçaoan family that taught her to build bridges between worlds. This intercultural background shapes the essence of her work: connecting people, perspectives, and communities. Boost Caribbean Foundation reflects her conviction that every individual holds the power to overcome obstacles and shape their own story and that communities grow stronger when those stories come together.
Under her leadership, the foundation is building a future where talents can flourish, women feel supported, and Curaçao embraces its full potential as a source of knowledge, creativity, and solidarity.
